What can I cook?
Recipes you can make right now from what's in your pantry — and the ones missing just one thing.
What can I cook? compares your recipes with your pantry and shows what you can make without going to the shop.
How to open it
- from Home — the What can I cook? card with the number of recipes you can make right now,
- from the Pantry — the What can I cook? button at the top.
What you’ll see
Recipes are split into three groups:
- Ready to make — you have every ingredient,
- Almost there — only a little is missing; the recipe shows what, e.g. “missing: cream”,
- Other recipes — each with a count, e.g. “5 of 9 ingredients”.
Tap a recipe to open it — you can start cooking straight away or add the missing things to the shopping list.
When the list is empty
- “First tell us what you have at home” — the pantry is empty. Choose Open the pantry and add a few items.
- “No recipes to compare against” — add a recipe and we’ll check how many of its ingredients you already have.
How ingredients are matched
Przepisnik matches recipe ingredients to the pantry using the ingredient library. The more ingredients in your recipes are linked to the library (From the library in the ingredient details), the better the matches.
