By using the Przepisnik app you accept the terms below. The app is a hobby project built in spare time.

What Przepisnik is

Przepisnik is a tool for managing recipes and planning cakes. It lets you create, edit, categorise and search your own recipes and design cake layers. The app is provided free of charge.

User account

• You are responsible for keeping your password confidential. Do not share it with other people.
• All content you create in the app (recipes, notes, cakes) remains your property.
• An account is tied to an email address. One email address = one account.

Acceptable use

• Use the app lawfully.
• Do not try to access other users’ data, do not attempt to attack the app’s infrastructure and do not abuse its resources (e.g. mass automated writes).
• Do not use Przepisnik to store content that is illegal or that infringes the rights of others.

No warranty

The app is provided “as is”, without any warranty. Although we do our best to make it work correctly, we are not liable for data loss or other damage resulting from using the app. We recommend periodically making your own copies of important recipes.

Availability

The app may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or problems on the providers’ side (Elestio, Hetzner). We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Ending your use

You can delete your account together with your data at any time under Settings → “Delete account”. We reserve the right to block an account in the event of a flagrant breach of these terms.

Changes to the terms

If we change these terms, we will update the date at the top of the page. Continuing to use the app after changes are made means you accept them. Major changes will be announced in the app before they take effect.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Polish law. Disputes are resolved by the court with jurisdiction over the user’s place of residence or — in disputes with a consumer — the court with jurisdiction under consumer protection law.
